Hi, I’m Silvia Tobin! I’ve always believed that language is a bridge that connects worlds, and that belief has shaped my entire journey. I grew up bilingual, immersed in both English and Spanish, and that gift of two languages opened my eyes to the power of communication.
As a certified medical and community interpreter, I’ve had the honor of helping people navigate critical conversations in healthcare and beyond. I’m also passionate about teaching, whether it’s guiding students through English as a Second Language or helping Spanish speakers feel confident in their skills.
In addition to my professional work, I’m deeply involved in community service. Volunteering with “Ladies Let’s Talk” has been one of the most fulfilling parts of my journey, as it allows me to give back and support women who are finding their voices in a new language.
This website is a reflection of everything I love: interpreting, teaching, and building bridges between communities. I’m so glad you’re here!
